MALACCA: Some 15,000 revellers are expected to descend to the historic city to witness the flotilla of colour floats during the Malacca Parade festival tomorrow.
Chief executive of the Malacca River and Coastal Development (PPSM), Datuk Baharom Majid said the organisers anticipate the number of revellers to surpass the 15,000 mark registered in 2013.
