SOULFUL music and songs filled the air during a live band performance by the Penang Philharmonic Step project featuring Singapore-based band Listen and Believe or L.A.B.
At the 90-minute concert, the band entertained the 200-odd guests with eight songs, which had a fusion of soul, neo-soul, funk, hip-hop or jazz.
