FAMILIES who have nothing planned this school holidays can head over to i-City for a an interesting promotion that promises value for money.
In support of Visit Malaysia 2014, i-City is providing the public a chance to experience five of the hottest attractions at Leisure Park@i-City with the purchase of its i-Card at RM50.
The i-Card package is exclusively for Malaysian citizens, limited to the first 1,000 visitors daily.
Speaking about i-Card RM50, i-City information manager Tang Soke Cheng said the package aimed to attract domestic tourists to i-City and Selangor.
“Not everyone will have the chance to enjoy the Visit
Malaysia attractions throughout the country, so we are offering them a chance to enjoy the attractions we have here in
i-City,” she said.
She added that the package offered better value for all as it was giving more than 50% off for the five attractions – Space Mission, Red Carpet, House of Horror, Waterworld and Snowalk.
Children will definitely love their time at i-City, especially since they get to try many of the country’s finest attractions all in one place.
At WaterWorld, families can get their adrenaline rush by riding South-East Asia’s first Tornoado, which oscillates seven storeys within 28 seconds.
At the Snowalk, families can experience five-degree Celsius weather with snow. The country’s largest snow play attraction also features play zone activities such as snowman-making, ice-sliding and tobogganing. V

Then there is the Starship Explorer at Space Mission@i-City, where visitors can venture into their very own sci-fi movie.

holders to be scared out of their wits at FunWorld’s House of Horror where ghouls, demons and ghost come out to play, even during daylight.
Tan also spoke briefly about the upcoming attractions to i-City.
“By May 30, we will have a new attraction called Under the Sea while in August, there will be an attraction that allows the public to experience what it’s like to be in a submarine and also to experience a typhoon.
The i-Card RM50 offer is valid until July 25, from 10am to 6pm, including school holidays, public holidays and weekends.
