KUCHING: Kuching North City Commission (DBKU) does not take too kindly to those who park their vehicles in Padang Merdeka.
In a statement here yesterday, DBKU said it would like to remind car owners and drivers that it was an offence to park in Padang Merdeka as per Article 3(4) The Road Transport (Provision of Parking Places) (City of Kuching North) Order 2005.
