THE atmosphere at the SJK(C) Kong Ming Cawangan Dua in Jalan Paya Terubong was filled with tension as Penang voluntary patrol unit (PPS) chairman Phee Boon Poh and Parti Cinta Malaysia (PCM)’s Datuk Huan Cheng Guan were locked in an altercation.
Shortly after they arrived at the polling centre at around 10am yesterday, they had an argument over the presence of PPS members at the polling centre.
