RESIDENTS want a permanent solution to the problem of motorists parking on footpaths on both sides of Jalan 14/48 and Jalan 14/57A in Section 14, Petaling Jaya.
They want the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) to install the bollards on Jalan 14/48 instead of just issuing summonses to offenders.
