MIRI: Bintulu MP Datuk Seri Tiong King Sing is now SPDP new chief following Tan Sri William Mawan’s abrupt decision to quit the party yesterday.
Tiong, who is Mawan’s deputy, assumes the party’s helm in accordance with SPDP constitution which stipulates that the deputy will be the acting president if the president resigns.
