KANOWIT: A farmer here is seeking justice for his autistic daughter against two men, whom he alleged had raped her in July 2012 while she was taking bath in the river.
Gerita Umpe (pic), 55, told reporters yesterday that until now the police had yet to press charges on the two suspects for the alleged crime.
