IT was a case of first-time lucky for a beautician when she was announced the winner of the ‘My Lovely Mum Makeover Contest 2014’ at Gurney Plaza in Penang.
Kelly Ong Siao Ling impressed both the judges and the crowd with her elegance and poise in answering the questions and on the catwalk to beat 11 other finalists for the top prize.
