JOHOR BARU: A Form Four student from SMK Kangkar Pulai had alleged that he was hit by a male teacher using a shoe for making noise in the class.
S. M. Jeagan said that the incident took place in front of 30 of his classmates during the civic and moral studies class on Thursday between 2pm and 3pm.
