HIGH-RISE dwellers in the Paya Terubong state constituency will have a big say in the outcome of the Bukit Gelugor by-election in Penang.
Although DAP candidate Ramkarpal Singh is expected to win easily, voters in Paya Terubong will decide whether he will obtain an improved majority compared with that of his father who won by a 41,778-vote majority.
