JOHOR BARU: Residents and road users near Plaza Pelangi shopping complex are urged to be patient while the Johor Baru City Council (MBJB) conducts culvert repair works along Jalan Abiad.
The council’s Taman Pelangi zone councillor Ng Puay Wah said that a three-metre road closure had started on May 7 to make way for the repair works, which was to solve the long-standing clogged and damaged drain problem.
