THERE is a need to revise the assessment rates for factory buildings under the Ipoh City Council’s jurisdiction.
Bringing up the matter during the council full board meeting last week, councillor S. Muniandy said some factory owners were forced to pay a much higher assessment rate following the drastic hike imposed by the council last year.
