Flat's condition deteriorates after management's contract ends

The waste collection point at the flats is littered with garbage.

EVER since the management contract at the Buntong Harmony flats expired in March this year, the condition of the premises has degenerated.

Drains are clogged and filled with garbage and plastic bags filled with rubbish is strewn all over the place, compounded further by stray dogs tearing these open and making the place messier.
