MOTORISTS driving along the New Pantai Expressway (NPE) near PJS 5 would have noticed a plot of land roughly the size of a football field filled with rubbish.

StarMetro visited the site in Jalan PJS5/28B and found that most of the waste were construction debris and broken furniture.
