SIBU: The division’s Social Welfare Department is looking for the biological parents of an abandoned baby.
In a press statement yesterday, the department said the baby was found at 11am on Dec 5 on a five-foot way of Kutien Association Sarawak Sibu at Jalan Fong Ming here. It is believed that it was four days old then.
