KUCHING: The government welcomes contributions from the private sector and non-governmental organisations (NGOs) to help meet the need for housing among the poor.

Welfare, Women and Family Development Minister Datuk Fatimah Abdullah said housing was one of the most common needs voiced by poor folk registered in the eKasih database.
