KUCHING: It must have been a brief celebration for two snatch thieves when they were caught hardly half an hour later.
In the incident yesterday, a 22-year-old woman was heading to an eatery in Kenyalang Commercial Centre when two riders rode by and snatched her smartphone around 11am.
