KULAIJAYA: Visitors and tenants of the newly-built Rural Transformation Centre (RTC) located just next to the bus terminal here are unhappy about the design of the building.
A drinks stall operator at the RTC, Siti Rafidah Ahmad, 28, said the canvas roof at the eating area was too high and did not cover the whole area.
