BUSINESS owners in Section 52, PJ New Town are fuming over earth works next to the popular PJ State cinema along Jalan Yong Shook Lin, to turn the site into a public square.
The move by Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) will see the permanent closure of a slip road there.
