SELANGOR Mentri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim (PKR-Pelabuhan Klang) said there was no official “freeze” on Temporary Occupation Licence applications (TOL) in the state in reply to a query from Ng Swee Lim (DAP-Sekinchan) on such a “freeze” in yesterday’s state legislative assembly sitting.
Abdul Khalid clarified that since October 2011, all land offices had been directed to forward such applications to the State Economic Action Council (MTES) on a weekly basis for consideration.
