KUCHING: Operators of early childhood care and education centres have little reasons not to employ certified personnel.
Speaking at the closing of an early childhood education course for teachers here yesterday, Welfare, Women and Family Development Minister Datuk Fatimah Abdullah pointed out the course fees were government-subsidised, while the duration just under one month.
