30min response to burst pipe complaints

SYARIKAT Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (Syabas) has pledged a response time of 30 minutes to complaints of burst pipes.

Syabas corporate communications and public affairs assistant general manager Priscilla Alfred said it was one of the company’s ways to step up against water wastage from broken pipes, especially in light of the current water shortage.
