KUCHING: The state Women’s Bureau welcomes programmes by non-governmental organisations (NGOs) aiming at strengthening the family institution.
Welfare, Women and Family Development Minister Datuk Fatimah Abdullah said this was one of the bureau’s strategic thrusts for this year.
