A PROPER guideline for the Federal Government’s Malaysian Road Records Information System (Marris) system in Selangor has finally been drawn up, after more than 30 years.
Selangor assemblymen showed their dissatisfaction during yesterday’s state assembly when it was revealed that there had been no official guideline for the annual Marris allocation for road maintenance in Selangor.
