SIBU: A lawyer Abdul Rafidin Majidi is the new chairman of Sibu PKR after his sole contender James Ansa withdrew from contesting for the post.
Both had last Saturday filed their nomination papers to vie for the post, previously held by Simon Tiong, who had also decided not to seek re-election.
