TENSION flared in the House yesterday over a delayed bridge project in Pekan Semenyih, when a disagreement broke out between Selangor Local Government and Research Committee chairman Datuk Teng Chang Kim and Datuk Johan Abdul Aziz (BN-Semenyih).
There was confusion on the actual cost of the project, with Johan claiming that the bridge was estimated to cost RM6mil while Teng claimed it would be RM21mil.
