KUCHING: Cahya Mata Sarawak Bhd (CMS) will reward its shareholders with a bonus issue upon completion of a share split exercise.
The exercise will involve sub- division of every one share of RM1 into two subdivided shares of 50 sen each, and every one preference share of RM1 each into two preference shares of 50 sen each.
