SIBU: The Court of Appeal here has upheld the decision of the High Court by dismissing the appeal filed by a local customer against Syarikat Sesco Bhd.
In addition to outstanding arrears amounting to RM334,040.24, the customer had also been instructed to pay a legal fee of RM10,000 to the power provider.
