KUCHING: Ceramic tiles manufacturer Kim Hin Industry Bhd will make use of the established market presence of an Australian company it has proposed to acquire as a springboard to expand into other regional markets.
The group’s wholly-owned subsidiary Tileworld Sdn Bhd has entered into a conditional share sale agreement to acquire the entire issued and paid-up share capital of UK-based Norcros Industry Pty Ltd (NIPL) for A$2.3mil (RM6.9mil).
