KUCHING: After years of hiatus, the Kampung Buntal Fest returns with a “greener” concept this year.

The event, which was organised by Kuching City North Commission (DBKU) in collaboration with Kampung Buntal Development and Security Committee, Health Department and Pink Ribbon Group, was launched yesterday under the commission’s “City with a Soul” master plan.
