For the love of soy sauce

MY little culinary world almost collapsed when I moved to Doha more than a year ago. The most used ingredient in my recipes was not easily found at the supermarkets here.

That is how dependent I am on soy sauce, simply known as kicap among us Malaysians. The local Asian section at the supermarkets here offer few choices of soy sauce.
