FOR the very first time, an art piece by internationally acclaimed artist Affandi is now on preview here in Malaysia.
Affandi (1907-1990) was the first Indonesian artist to gain international fame for his style using just his hands rather than paintbrushes to manipulate the oil paints directly onto the canvas as shown in one of his paintings Bamboo Bridge.
