KUCHING: A housewife went to the Padungan police claiming to have lost two gold necklaces to a lone rider.
In her report, the complainant who was identified as 32-year-old Vica, said she was in front of a massage parlour in Jalan Ang Cheng Ho around 10am yesterday when the ride-by motorcyclist struck.
