MUKAH: Barisan Nasional is fighting a one-on-one battle with Pakatan Rakyat in the Balingian by-election.
Its candidate Yussibnosh Balo from PBB, who is a new face will lock horns with PKR’s Abdul Jalil Bujang, the party’s defeated candidate for Jepak seat in the 2011 state election.
