FALLING debris and concrete splatter from two high-rise buildings under construction in Pulau Tikus, Penang, have annoyed residents living in the vicinity.
Pulau Tikus assemblyman Yap Soo Huey said the residents had complained to her that the debris and concrete splatter landed on the top of their houses and into their compound.
