Canine welfare project Malaysian Dogs Deserve Better (MDDB) is in dire state after rescuing about 18 dogs belonging to a man who died suddenly last week.
“He lived alone and the dogs were cooped up in the house with him for at least 20 hours after he died,’’ said MDDB rescue manager Irene Low.
