KUCHING: It was an emotional send-off for outgoing Yang di-Pertua Negri Tun Muhammad Salahuddin as he exited the Astana grounds, escorted by state and Federal ministers, local dignitaries and staff.
The 92-year-old shed tears as 105 officers and men from the 11th Battalion, General Operations Force, Batu Kawa saluted him during a ceremonial farewell yesterday.
