Group gains RM186.4mil from land exchange deal


KUCHING: Naim Holdings Bhd has made a one-off non-cash accounting gain of RM186.4mil from a land exchange exercise in Bintulu for future development.

Wholly-owned subsidiary Naim Tujuh Sdn Bhd surrendered two parcels of land measuring 401ha in Kemena Land District to the authorities in exchange for two other parcels of land with combined area of 431.3ha in the same district.
