Junior taekwondo championships aimed at developing sport

EXPONENTS of the sport of taekwondo, some as young as seven years old, will get a chance to pit their skills against each other in the ninth Nestle Koko Krunch Junior Taekwondo Championships.

A total of 1,800 participants, ranging in age from seven to 12, and from some 90 taekwondo clubs will compete in the event in the regions of Ipoh, Malacca and Kuantan, beginning next month.
