THE Subang Jaya Municipal Council (MPSJ) enforcement team sealed off an illegal massage parlour in USJ 10, Subang Jaya during a midday operation recently to curb the mushrooming of such outlets.
A team of 16 enforcement officers led by MPSJ enforcement director Mej (Rtd) Mohd Rasip Rasul raided the shop, which had been raided twice before.
