KUANTAN: The underground tunnel at the State Fisheries Development Authority Complex jetty in Kemunting here has been drug addicts’ secret passage to escape whenever the police conduct a raid.
The tunnel, which is actually a water drain from the pasar borong in the complex, is 1km long.
