SIMUNJAN: The people must be positive minded as well as be aware of their rights and government facilities that could be utilised should they face problems, said Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Nancy Shukri.
She said this was important in enabling them to get proper access to justice, especially those involved in legal or financial matters.
