FAKE Penang Municipal Council (MPPP) signage licence stickers have been found on 12 banners promoting a recently opened vegetarian restaurant.
MPPP councillor Ong Ah Teong said two MPPP Licensing Department officers discovered the fake licence stickers on 12 banners put up at several roads in George Town.
