KUCHING: Sunib Hassan’s ownership of her native customary rights land was short-lived.
Last year, when the 66-year-old began the legal process of transferring the 0.7ha (1.7 acres) land to her son, Sunib was dismayed to discover she was no longer in possession of the property.
