JOHOR BARU: The Johor Baru Umno division has launched its very own complaints bureau in a bid to provide better services and help residents within the parliamentary area solve their problems faster.
Bureau chairman Izzat Muhtar said that the bureau will act as the bridge between the people and the authorities.
