PETALING JAYA residents are sighing with relief that the Petaling Jaya City Council (MBPJ) has no plans to raise assessment rates.
Rukun Tetangga Section 8 chairman Mohamed Umar Peer Mohamed said with the rising cost of living now, it was only right for MBPJ not to raise the assessment rates.
