TWO prestigious awards, the President’s Award and the “Paul Harris Fellow” were conferred to Tan Sri Khalid Ibrahim for being “an icon of change” in the state.
The Selangor Mentri Besar received the award from the Rotary Club of Petaling Jaya (RCPJ) recently in conjunction with the organisation’s 53rd anniversary.
