KUCHING: Top figures of the judiciary and legal fraternity will converge here tomorrow to take part in a procession to mark the start of the legal year.
According to a press statement, the legal year traditionally begins in January and is marked by a procession of judges, judicial officers, lawyers and guests to the court building.
