TEMERLOH: The state government has fulfilled yet another pledge to look after the welfare of the needy with the approval of state land to build an old folks home in Mentakab near here.
The RM1.7mil building was officially opened by Lanchang assemblyman Datuk Mohd Sharkar Shamsuddin in a simple ceremony recently.
